In 2013 our subsidiary Photon Energy Investments N.V. (PEINV)
issued a corporate bond with an 8% annual coupon and quarterly payment. After the merger of PEINV with the holding company Photon Energy NV, the latter has taken over all obligations towards bondholders.

The corporate bond with a denomination of 1,000 EUR (ISIN DE000A1HELE2) is being traded in the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond is also listed on the stock exchanges in Berlin, Hamburg - Hannover and Vienna.

The placement volume is up to 40 Mio. EUR.

The bond is targeted at risk-oriented institutional investors and private investors with above-average returns expectations and a medium-term investment horizon of five years. 

How can I subscribe to the bond?

Qualified investors can still subscribe to the bond directly through the issuer. Contact us at  for further details. The bond is also being traded (see next question). 

Where are the bonds traded?

The bonds are being traded in the Open Market / Quotation Board of the Frankfurt Stock exchange as well as on the stock exchanges of Berlin, Munich, Hamburg-Hannover and in the Corporates Prime - Segment of the Vienna Stock exchange.
